Travis Thurston, ND
Dr. Travis was born in California, growing up in the Sierra Nevada’s near Lake Tahoe in a progressive community that supported sustainable living, healthy lifestyles and organic gardening. He relocated to Portland Oregon where he received his BS in Psychology with a minor in Biology while studying pre-med at Portland State University. He received his Naturopathic Medical Doctorate at National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland. While in medical school, he focused on reproductive health, gastrointestinal care and diabetes management.
Dr. Travis specializes in hormone replacement strategies, functional medicine and comprehensive care using an integrative approach. Blending the best of modern, Western medicine along with traditional European and Eastern medical philosophies, Dr. Travis has a deep passion for Naturopathic Medical philosophy including botanical and nutritional support along with identifying and addressing the underlying cause.
Dr. Elizabeth Elliott received a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine as well as a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Prior to starting her private practice, she had been in a group practice from 2009-2013, during which time she completed a two year residency specializing in Women’s Health and hormone balancing. She also has additional training in the treatment of depression and anxiety, supportive cancer care, chronic disease, pediatrics, and the treatment of chronic pain or injuries. Dr. Elliott has additional certification from the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in supportive cancer care.

Pilates will strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles, improve core strength, reduce back pain, correct bad posture and promote excellent posture.
Yoga will reduce stress and anxiety, increase flexibility of body and mind, lengthen and tone muscles, as well as increase breath awareness.
Erin Whalen, Nutritionist, Movement Instructor
Erin Whalen is the co-founder of The Kale Whale, an educational forum created to share the power of an anti-inflammatory diet. Erin holds a MA in Dance Education & Wellness Management from University of Hawaii at Manoa. She specializes on the interrelation between athleticism and a plant based diet. Erin has worked in the health and wellness field for over ten years, using a holistic approach to guide people to their optimum health. For many years Erin works intimately with the Naturopathic Philosophy. She believes that finding unity in body, mind and spirit will allow us to live fully and freely.
