Here she employed her training as a certified NADA detoxification specialist using the NADA protocol as well as her own treatment plans to manage and alleviate patient’s pain and additional ailments. While there she also participated in a specialty clinic for patients suffering from migraines and TMJ with great success.
In addition to this experience, Nohea traveled to China and completed a certificate in advanced courses in Chinese Medicine at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. She also studied at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese medicine and learned advanced techniques of acupuncture, tui na, and herbal medicine.
Upon completing her education, Nohea opened an office in the beautiful Hawaii Kai town center. She treats people for all conditions including pain management, anxiety, depression, PTSD, fatigue, digestive disorders, headaches and migraines, insomnia, menstrual issues, infertility, and cancer support. She likes to incorporate the use of high quality certified therapeutic grade essential oils and similar blends to assist in her treatments.
She believes that the body has it’s own magnificent way of healing itself, and helps to assist patients in identifying their blocks to health and road to wellness. By using the subtle suggestion of acupuncture in combination with nature’s most powerful plant constituents we can help to bring the patient back into alignment with their true self: mind, body, and spirit.
